Swaledale is a grade II listed building, located across the valley from the main settlement of Low Row in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The works included new underfloor heating system to replace the storage heaters on the ground floor, a new oil tank, new windows, relocation of the kitchen, a complete re-wire, and new bathroom on first floor.
